  1. Menupages General Terms

    You MUST bring your printed voucher with you to avail of this offer. Emails on your phone will not be accepted in lieu.

    Your voucher cannot be used or combined with any other offer or discount.

    The menu is subject to change and is at the discretion of each restaurant.

    Menupages cannot extend the expiration date beyond the date stated on your voucher as that responsibility lies with the restaurant.

    Vouchers can only be refunded up to and including 7 days after the day of purchase.

    Remember to book your tables in advance to avoid disappointment.  Menupages advises booking 2 weeks in advance to avail of any given deal at the restaurant.

  2. How It Works

    By placing an order for a given Deal, you make an offer to purchase the Deal you have selected on the terms and conditions associated with the Deal.

    All orders are subject to acceptance by Menupages and/or the Merchant. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation of the Deal and your credit card or debit card will be charged for the amount of the Deal. We will notify you by email on behalf of the Merchant when the Voucher (defined below) for the Deal is ready to be used.

    The contract between the Merchant and you (the “Deal Contract”) will be formed when we send you a confirmation.

  3. Voucher Terms

    These restrictions apply to every offer, unless specifically contradicted in the Fine Print.

    Vouchers are issued on behalf of the Merchant when you purchase a Deal. Unless otherwise stated in the Voucher or required by law, the following additional terms apply to all Vouchers:

    • No cash value for any Voucher;
    • Voucher must be used in one visit;
    • All Vouchers purchased are subject to availability in the restaurant/hotel/service provider;
    • No change, cash back or credit will be issued for a Voucher, except as required by law;
    • Vouchers cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions unless otherwise noted on the Voucher;
    • Vouchers cannot be redeemed against any taxes, tips, prior balances or purchases, unless otherwise noted on the Voucher;
    • Neither Menupages nor the Merchant is responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers or Voucher reference numbers; and Vouchers are issued to you personally and duplicate use, sale or trade of a Voucher is prohibited.
  4. Merchant Responsibility

    To be clear, Menupages markets the Deals and provides Vouchers on behalf of Merchants (i.e. restaurants, hotels etc.).

    The Merchant is the issuer of the Voucher and provider of the products and/or services to which the Voucher relates.

    As the issuer of a Voucher, the relevant Merchant shall be fully responsible for any claims or liability arising from unredeemed or partially redeemed Vouchers.

    By purchasing a Deal, you acquire the right to print a Voucher issued by the participating Merchant (and made available by us) and to use the Voucher according to its Deal Specific Terms and these terms and conditions.

    Whether you choose to print and/or redeem the Voucher is within your sole control and at your sole discretion. In purchasing a Deal, you further acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the conduct of the Merchant and release us from any liability in respect of any claim relating to the conduct of any Merchant.

  5. Cooling Off Period

    Once we send you the Voucher or make the Voucher available for download by you, you are entitled to a cooling off period in which you may cancel your Purchase at any time within 7 days from the day on which you purchase the Voucher (the “Cooling Off Period”) provided you have not already redeemed the Voucher.

    If you wish to cancel your Purchase during the Cooling Off Period, you must send a request from your account under the “Request a Refund” link on your “Account Options”.

    If you do not have an account with Menupages.ie and you are still within your Cooling Off Period, you can request a refund by emailing info@menupages.ie.

    You shall not be entitled to cancel your Purchase during the Cooling Off Period if the voucher has been redeemed before the end of the Cooling Off Period and/or before you notify us of your intent to cancel your Purchase during the Cooling Offer Period.

    We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to allow or refuse the cancellation of the Purchase once the Cooling Off Period has passed.

Deal FAQ

These answers apply to all deals, unless specifically contradicted in the Fine Print.

How long do I have to wait to use my voucher once I’ve purchased it?

You can start using your voucher on the day which you have purchased it, unless specifically contradicted in the Fine Print.
You can start using most vouchers the day after you purchase them.

Do I need to book in advance when using my Voucher?

Advance booking is essential when redeeming your voucher unless specifically contradicted in the Fine Print.
All Menupages.ie restaurant Vouchers purchased must be booked through the booking form on that restaurant’s page on Menupages.ie.
Menupages.ie operates a booking request system only and does not guarantee a reservation at that restaurant.
All Menupages.ie Vouchers are subject to availability.
Any further redemption instructions will be included in the Fine Print section.

Do I need to let the restaurant know that I am using a Voucher when booking?

Yes. Always tick the ”I have a MenuPages voucher“ box when booking or you may not be allowed to redeem that voucher when you arrive at the restaurant.

How do I print a voucher?

Once your online purchase is complete your voucher will be emailed to you.

Please present this at the restaurant when going out for your meal.

If you are unable to print your voucher, you can obtain a copy by going to the ”Resend My Voucher“ option in your ”Account Options“ on Menupages.ie
If you do not have an account, you may email info@menupages.ie to obtain a copy of your voucher.

Can I re-print my voucher if I lose the original one?

Yes, you can re-print your voucher as many times as you want. It can only be redeemed once.

Can I give this Voucher as a gift?

Yes. Don’t worry if your name is on the voucher you are giving, as long as the reference number hasn’t been used yet, your friend won’t have a problem redeeming the voucher.
