This is an intensive nutrition based course that uses wholefoods to create delicious vegetarian and vegan recipes. Learn how to use beans, lentils, chickpeas and vibrant vegetables and fruits creatively.
Recipes are wheat and dairy free. Raw food, sprouting, superfoods and natural sweeteners are also introduced.
