Open for 16 Nights only, EATily is an Italian inspired restaurant created by acclaimed chefs Oliver Dunne and Aaron Carroll.  Aaron has previously worked alongside Davide Bisetto at two Michelin starred Casadelamar in Corsica before joining Oliver in Bon Appetit, Malahide.  Inspired by their recent trips to La Pergola in Italy and Locanda Locatelli in London, they have perfected the menu over the last couple of months and the results are outstanding!
